Our glasses
Reading glasses are recommended when you have difficulty seeing near objects clearly, such as books, newspapers, computer screens, cell phones, etc. This can manifest itself in symptoms such as headaches, eye strain, blurred vision, pain or tension around the eyes, difficulty focusing on near objects, difficulty reading for long periods of time, etc. If you are 40 years of age or older, you may need reading glasses, as this is usually the age when presbyopia begins to develop. Presbyopia is a vision disorder that makes it more difficult to focus on near objects. It is important to see an optometrist or ophthalmologist for a complete eye exam if you think you may need reading glasses. They will be able to determine if you need reading glasses and what correction is best for you.
All our reading glasses and polarized sunglasses for adults are designed in the South of France, near Saint Tropez. They are then manufactured in Taiwan by a small family business. We have been working with the same company since the creation of Maison K-Eyes in 2004. Why Taiwan? We chose this small island for its know-how, its high standards in terms of quality, as well as the innovative materials and cutting-edge technology available at ultra-competitive costs.
We have also been working for several years with a family business in China with whom we produce part of our Children's collections. Why China? We selected this country because of its considerable expertise in the production of quality materials for sun lenses and frames in ultra-flexible TPEE, an unbreakable and very resistant material that is less well mastered in Taiwan.
It has always been essential for our small French company to offer unique, well-designed and accessible frames to accompany you on a daily basis.
The majority of our frames are made of injected polycarbonate. This is a lightweight and comfortable material for everyday wear, which is highly resistant to shocks and scratches.
Our Kids Sunglasses are made from BPA-free TPEE (thermoplastic elastomer). TPEE is a recyclable, non-toxic and hypoallergenic material that is safe for children. It is also soft, flexible and impact resistant, making it ideal for outdoor activities and play.

Single vision For close-up vision. These lenses have anti-scratch and anti-dirt treatments.
Bifocals or double-focus To see up close in the sun, with a single pair of glasses. They have anti-scratch and anti-dirt treatments.
Anti-Blue Light To protect your eyes from screens. They are available with or without correction and filter approximately 40% of blue light.
All our optical lenses are made of BPA-free acrylic. This material provides high optical transparency and significant impact resistance.
Polarized sunglasses made of BPA-free acrylic. Our polarized lenses are treated with anti-glare, anti-scratch and anti-smudge and have a Category 3 UV400 protection to protect your eyes 100% from UV rays. They reduce glare while increasing contrast.
BPA-free cellulose triacetate sunglasses . Our sunglasses have category 3 or category 2 UV400 protection. To find out the type of lens, click on Technical data sheet on each model page.
To keep your glasses in perfect condition, store them in their case when you are no longer using them. Store them in a dry place at room temperature: away from a heat source.
Clean the lenses with clean water. Gently wipe the lenses with a soft, clean, dust-free cloth to avoid scratches.
To clean all or part of your glasses, never use detergent, solvent, hydrocarbon or corrosive products.
Order
To determine the diopter you need, simply take a diopter test. Download the test that you will find on each product page, then try to read the texts from a distance of about 30 cm. Each text corresponds to a diopter, and yours will be the one corresponding to the text that you will read without difficulty. However, always try to choose the lowest diopter among those that suit you.
Here are some tips to know your diopter:
- Use your old magnifying glasses or those of a loved one when doing a reading test. Note: you will find the corresponding correction inside the arms of the glasses.
- You will find your correction on your ophthalmologist's prescription. If your ophthalmologist prescribed glasses for presbyopia, he will have indicated a positive number that varies between +1 and +3.5.
- You can also follow the recommendations generally noted by presbyopia specialists:
+1 ≃ 40 years
+1.5 ≃ 45 years
+2 ≃ 50 years
+2.5 ≃ 55 years
+3 ≃ 60 years
+3.5 ≃ 65 years and over

Once your cart is validated and your order is paid, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received this email, do not hesitate to check your spam. You can also go to our site in your account, "Orders" tab and access all your past orders.
If you have not received the email informing you that the package has left our warehouse, you can quickly contact our Customer Service via our contact form or at 0494452970 to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to respond to your request.
Once you have received the email confirming that your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will no longer be able to make any changes or cancellations. In this case, you will have to wait to receive your shipment and proceed with its return.
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten your password?" from the login page to your customer account. Then enter the email address you used when you created your account. You will receive a temporary link by email to reset your password.
All our orders are shipped within 24 hours (working days) maximum after receipt of your payment, excluding busy periods (sales, Black Friday, summer period July/August). Orders placed on the site on Friday after 12pm, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed the following working day.
Remember to check if your package has been damaged or opened before opening it, to take photos of the exterior and its contents. If this is a defect noted upon receipt of your order, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible from our contact form.
Maison K-EYES cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use of the product, lack or failure of maintenance or care, normal wear and tear of the product, or modification of the product by the Customer or a third party.
We advise you to find out about the dimensions of the glasses you are interested in by clicking on "Technical sheet" accessible on each product page. This way, you will find the dimensions of the frame and lenses to help you make your choice according to the morphology of your face. Do not hesitate to take the measurements of your face as well. The distance between the nose varies from one pair to another. Opt for a small distance between the noses if you have a fairly thin nose. "Oversize" frames are generally larger than the others and are less suitable for thin and small faces, for example. We detail the description of each model in order to give you as much information as possible to help you in your choice.
You can return most of our collections to us for free (except for Low Prices, Sales and Flash Sales) if you are in Metropolitan France. This means you can easily try on the glasses at home and return the pair that doesn't fit.
If you have trouble choosing your pair of glasses, you can go to the store of one of our resellers. Go to the Stores page to access the list of our points of sale. We work with resellers from all over the world!

Payment
You can pay for your order on our website by credit card, either via PayPal or by payment in several installments via the secure payment platform Alma. For credit card payments, we use Stripe's 3D Secure secure payment service. All information transmitted from the website www.k-eyes.com to the payment system is systematically encrypted to ensure its confidentiality. In accordance with current European regulations relating to payments (DSP2), you may receive a transaction authorization request to validate the orders you make online. This is a notification from your bank on your mobile phone to validate the purchase.
PayPal offers you the possibility to pay for your online purchases in 3 installments without fees. Visit the PayPal website to find out more.

First of all, we invite you to check your bank's transaction authorization request on your mobile phone to validate your purchase.
You can check the validity date of your card. If it is a new card, you must have previously made a payment with your bank card (excluding the internet) or a cash withdrawal.
After several attempts, and/or several cards, try another available payment method (e.g.: Paypal).
If your basket is high, remember to check your bank card limit.
You can also check your internet connection which may cause the payment to fail if it is too weak.

Delivery
In mainland France (excluding French overseas departments and territories), delivery is free from €45 with Colissimo.
In Europe, home delivery with Colissimo International is free for purchases over €75.
In the rest of the world, home delivery with Colissimo International is free for purchases over €150.
In order to guarantee optimal delivery, we take particular care in the packaging of our glasses by protecting them properly in oversized packages.
All our orders are shipped within 24 hours (working days) maximum after receipt of your payment, excluding busy periods (sales, Black Friday, summer period July/August). Orders placed on the site on Friday after 12 noon, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are processed the following working day.
When your order is taken over by the carrier, you will receive an email from the carrier containing the tracking link for your package.
The average delivery time by La Poste is between 2 and 4 working days for mainland France, and 3 to 9 working days by Colissimo International for the rest of the world (it may vary depending on customs formalities). You can also choose faster delivery (within 24 hours) by express carrier in mainland France. All packages are accompanied by a tracking number provided with or without signature.
Delivery by Colissimo: The postman will leave the package in your mailbox if possible, otherwise he will leave a delivery notice so that you can collect it the next day from your post office (available for 15 days then returned to the sender if it has not been collected in time).
DHL: If you are not at home, the carrier will contact you to arrange a new delivery based on the contact details provided.
We ship worldwide! If you can't find your country in the list of destinations, please contact us so we can add it if possible.
If your package appears to be lost or blocked, we invite you to contact our Customer Service via our contact form .
Our team will contact the carrier to launch an investigation to locate your package.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and decide to withdraw, you can return the item(s) to us at your own expense. Download the form available on this page and slip it into your return package. You will then simply need to return the product(s) to us in their original packaging and to the address indicated on the form.
We will refund you upon receipt and inspection of your package. We do not make exchanges.
We will refund you upon receipt and inspection of your returned package, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not have any defects or wear (excluding after-sales service returns).

Guarantee and satisfaction
Maison K-EYES is required to respect the legal guarantee of hidden defects, within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of the delivered product, we invite you to inform our Customer Service via the contact form , clearly recording the non-conformity noted.
In any case, Maison K-EYES cannot be held responsible for the improper use of the product by the Customer, normal wear and tear of the product, lack of maintenance, modification of the product by the Customer or a third party.

No, Maison K-EYES does not cover breakage or theft of your glasses.
Promo code
From your shopping cart page and before confirming your payment, simply enter the promo code received by email by clicking on Do you have a promo code? If the offers are cumulative, you can enter several.
Once the payment is validated, we are unable to take into account the addition of a promo code. If you think there is an error, do not hesitate to contact our customer service via the contact form .
Delivery is free in mainland France (minimum basket of €250 excluding VAT).
International shipping costs vary depending on the shipping zone and La Poste's price lists.
