Our orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours (business days) after receipt of your payment. Orders placed on the website on Friday after 9am, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Delivery time
The average delivery time by UPS Standard and UPS Access Point is 48h for mainland France, and between 2 and 5 business days for the rest of the world (it may vary depending on customs formalities).
All packages come with a tracking number provided with or without signature as chosen (to be done before payment).
Customs clearance fees
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Although these fees are very rarely applied, they are applied randomly. They depend entirely on the customs policies of each country.

Return period
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return a product.
Condition of the returned item
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Cases and plastic pouches must be returned.
Return fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective product or error on our part. In this case, please contact us by email at hello@k-eyes.com
- Please note that additional customs fees may apply for returns outside the European Union.
2. REFUND
Refund period
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund within 30 days.
