Our orders are shipped within 72 hours (business days) after receipt of your payment. Orders placed on the site on Friday after 9 a.m., Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. The above conditions apply all year round except during peak periods (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, and the summer period between July and August).
Delivery time
The average delivery time is 48 hours for mainland France, and between 2 and 5 business days for the rest of the world (it may vary depending on customs formalities and other network delays).
UPS Express Delivery: Next day delivery (business day) after shipment. Shipments take place before 11 a.m., Monday to Friday.
All parcels come with a tracking number provided with or without signature upon choice (to be selected before payment).
Customs clearance fees
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Although these fees are very rarely applied, they occur randomly. They depend entirely on the customs policies of each country.

Return period
- You have 14 days from the purchase date to return a product.
Condition of the returned item
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Cases and plastic pouches must be returned.
Return fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part. In such cases, please contact us by email at hello@k-eyes.com
- Please note that additional customs fees may apply for returns outside the European Union.
2. REFUND
Refund timeframe
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund within 30 days.
